I'm quite the fan of Big Jim's Kitchen sauces. Nothing ridiculously hot though if that's what you're after

TIL Weber, the barbecue brand, is American (the founder was a German immigrant who created the company in the USA). What European brands do you recommend? in c/buyeuropean@feddit.uk

ProQ smokers at https://proqsmokers.co.uk/, UK based, suspect manufacturered in China though as reasonably priced. I've been recommending them over Weber for years now as they've improved the standard kettle and bullet smokers designs somewhat.
