Discovery had some nice ideas but… well. Alone the constant drama and crying Michael Burnham made the series quite unattractive.

Also the story behind the great Dilithium Explosion. Well. A sad, and alone child. Well. They could have thought about something better.

Leistungszulagen wären ein Punkt. Aber die Eingruppierung eben nicht. Nur Mitarbeiter mit der selben Eingruppierung sind angeblich in meiner Vergleichsgruppe.

Die Leistungszulagen sind aber wiederum auch tariflich geregelt bzw. über Betriebsvereinbarungen. D.h. im Tarif ist hier eher weniger nach Gutdünken des Personalwesens oder der Chefs geregelt.

Daher wie gesagt: interessant wäre die Eingruppierung der Personen welche eine vergleichbare Tätigkeit haben wie ich.

Interessanter wäre doch: Was ist der Median der Entgeltgruppen der Beschäftigten, welche eine Vergleichbare Tätigkeit haben wie man selbst.

Aber das gibt das Gesetz wohl nicht so direkt her. 🤷‍♂️

Das Gesetz erlaubt die Abfrage des Bruttoentgelts einer Vergleichsgruppe. Der Witz ist: die Vergleichsgruppe hat bei tarifgebundenen Unternehmen die selbe Entgeltgruppe wie man selbst.

Exactly like mine. 96% since release. I’m using AOD and 99% wireless charging.

It’s ok, never had any issues with my battery life that I ran out of energy.

We probably have to accept, that these battery’s are performing at their very limit and have no thermal system to keep them in a specific temperature range.

My iPhone X was about the same. In installed a new battery when it was 2.5 years old and I used it for 5 years. I will probably do the same with my 14 Pro.

A lot of incredible science would be involved. And much much more money and a lot of time.

If we (humanity) could achieve that, that would be really cool.

But: how much solar-, wind- and battery-farms could we built with the same money and in much less time?

Fusion is great, but it will probably not be the solution of the energy demand we currently have. Nevertheless it’s something we should pursue furthermore. But we shouldn’t bet everything on it.
