Constitution does state though, defendants have the right to a trial by a jury of their peers. Sixth Amendment

Criminal trial for sure falls in this category. Regardless of if death penalty is on the table.

Well… playing devil’s advocate here… I’d argue that DeSantis is markedly more qualified than Hegseth. DeSantis has at least performed the duties of an administrator and has an understanding of how to operate a bureaucracy.

How well he’s been able to do these things is completely up to debate. But when comparing the two to each other, DeSantis is the no brainer pick.

AND once Ronnie falls out of Donny’s good graces, he’ll be out of a job, and out of Tallahassee…
