The primary repercussion is that you've got a majority of House Reps on record endorsing this framing. So now that the votes are functionally whipped, we can move on to the "PROTECT ISRAEL Act", which uses the "anti-Zionism is anti-Semitism" language a second time and implements actual legal sanctions against people.
"We're going to beat you like we beat Russia" seems to suggest Venezuela will control a solid third of Guyanese territory within the next two years.
It's all just micro-targeting. The folks actually running the imperial project in Israel are going to give these guys the Night of Long Knives treatment sooner or later.
