Seems they didn't adopt proper fire discipline rules when firing on hostiles in the presence of civilians, but they're not exactly a highly-trained professional army with pinpoint accurate munitions. Hamas also lacks proper combat training for how to deal with adrenal stress and adrenal dump after all clear hostiles have been eliminated.

It would be a Ukrainian attack on German infrastructure. That's... Not really great when you're asking Germany to supply you with more tanks.

Western media has a really bad track record of always blaming Russia for anything bad that happens. Russia doesn't really need to care about Europe at this point because European aid to Ukraine is drying up at record pace.

It's a false flag designed to rile up European aid to Ukraine at a time when Europe is becoming less and less unified on the topic of aid to Ukraine.
