To anyone who says we just need to vote Democrats into power, how many more Dems were needed here?
Sorry but simply having our needs met is not enough. You are letting one class determine how everyone else works. People want self-determination and that should be extended to all people, not just billionaires.
I mean there has always been illegal speech, we just don't usually call it censorship.
You would be hard pressed to spend your money better than Luigi in regards to reducing medical debt. Anthem got scared and walked back rationing anesthesia during surgeries.
I hope Luigi sues them, I would donate to that fund.
Read "The Ministry for the Future" if you want a hard-scifi look into what's going to happen. Other countries, especially the global south, will have nothing to lose when they target the global oligarchs.
But Biden said he saw polling that makes him think he should have stayed in the race and won. The party won't learn anything meaningful from this exercise.

We now know whether you voted for Kamala or Trump was widely a function of whether you consume political news. Biden failed to use the pulpit of the presidency to break through to "low-information" voters. Sure we can blame the average person for not being masochistic enough to wade through the news, but where do you go from there?
People are not a monolith. Those without standards have no reason not to vote Trump. Those with standards have reasons to not vote for either.
Seems our institutions are promoting barbarism at this point. As Luigi put it: it's just power games at this point.
Seems to me there is a big difference between attacking someone's identity and claiming the earth is flat or marijuana is bad. The fact the mods don't seem to address this is concerning.
