Ehh, maybe Pete will take some notes from Mamdani and stay on a populus economic message and resist the culture war stuff.

I think he's saying Mayo Pete runs for preserving the status quo?

Filed his under: Americans are more concerned with being proven right than what is good.

The general attitude of the people in China disagrees. I guess we can try to tell them we know better as we strip civil society down and burn the rest.

Only a matter of time before someone takes his AI clip of Don taking a shit on a city and turn it into a diaper commercial.

If you're expecting bad times to educate misinformed voters then you're going to be sorely disappointed.

... Because China is working to benefit their civilization. When that ceases to be the case their people will stop listening.

Not sure how to feel about this, people were going hungry and planes were being stopped. Yes there is nothing stopping the GOP from doing this again, but it's mostly a charade already - they could have abolished the filibuster and got what they wanted anyways.

The Dems have this attitude that if the people suffer enough they will learn they were wrong for not voting for them, but it feels like ground hog's day with that strategy because misinformed people always learn the wrong lesson. At the end of the day it's more important for our leaders to do good than to prove they were right.

Edit: It seems food stamps were back on, so now I'm just pissed they wasted everyone's time and energy.

Outwardly sure, they will talk nice. But they aren't going to do any favors for the man.

Only if video games were mindlessly created by AI without any obligations to the law. Actually, that would make a good short story....

And CharGPT is under the same legal obligation to tattle if it correctly identifies that is your intention. If it can't reliably determine your intentions, then how is it a good therapist?

Ehh, most people are not that tech literate. Combine that with on demand sycophant as a service and it's a match made in hell.
