I JUST turned 30 last month, does that count?

Are you combining it in your head with Kristen or Kierstin?

Hot water helps get grease out, so it works way better if you work in a restaurant.

Yeah, this was my reasoning haha. You'll be taking an ice cold shower at my house if you did started the laundry first for sure

Take the shower before starting the laundry, or you will not have a great time.

Knowing them, I'd expect nothing less honestly.

Oh hey, I went to highschool with them!

I'm definitely not an expert, but my mom and girlfriend both bake sourdough. Based on just overhearing conversations, I would lean towards it being underproofed

I mean, there's ongoing court cases about possible election interference, but go off I guess

I do this! I use it in my cast iron before cooking most things I was using butter for. I mean, the grease comes free with the bacon, it would be a shame to waste it

Oh, dang, fair enough I guess. I'm definitely on the "I'd rather go alone than not at all" camp. I've gone to many a small concert alone, but I always invite people first. If I'm alone, so be it.

Also, I didn't even realize Lemmy showed cake days, so thank you! Haha

The argument isn't against doing things with friends or loves ones, but about going by yourself if the alternative is not going at all

I think I might have goofed a few things, but overall I'm pretty dang happy with how it turned out!

I didn't know there was a crochet community, how exciting! I just started in December, with quite a bit of (helpful) criticisms from my mom!

Not sure if this is the best place to ask, but I'm not sure where to ask - the chess.com forums just left me hanging.

According to the FAQs, it sets tournaments up in a round robin style. Not sure what that means, but as long as it has us all play each other it's fine by me. Here's my goal - have all 6 players play eachother, and to not have us all play 5 games at once. Anyone know what settings to choose for six people? Thanks I'm advance for any tips!

Been going to this place for about a year, and they offered to let me try a new contender they have for a possible "evening menu". Consisted of cooled Espresso, Tonic water, simple syrup, muddled lime, and a slice of grapefruit. Insanely good, would recommend trying!

I have the Delonghi Dedica EC680M, recently swapped the stock steam wand for the Rancilio wand. I have pretty much 0 experience steaming milk, and this is the first time I've been able to have milk lay on top without being a formless blob! Just super excited and wanted to share lol

We ran into an issue in our game today, and I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen this or might know a solution.

One of our players is (well, was...) a ranger. Every time he would use animal companion (after level 5, this wasn't always the case), it would instantly aggro him and start a combat. No one else had him marked as an enemy, only the ranger. We once tried attacking it when we were in camp, and Astorian ran over to heal it. If no one made any moves and just ended their turn, the combat rotation just went in circles and nothing would happen. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Hello All!

Little cousin just presented me with an issue he's having, and it's definitely not something I've heard of before. Just wanted to see if anyone else has heard of/experienced this before writing him off lol.

He says that he will NEVER play with his joycons attached to the switch, as it drains the consoles battery like, RIDICUOLOUSLY fast. Could there be some kind of issue with like... phantom battery drain with the joycons? Thanks in advance!
