the original impetus behind that censorship comes from social media and content providers. it seeped into the public lexicon from there.
it wasn’t some organized effort by people you don’t like, that’s a silly thing to think.

iirc joss had the plot planned out for like six or seven seasons. sometime either towards the end or immediately after season one he was told he was greenlit for one more season and that’s it, so he decided to just skip to the end of his intended story.
i updated revanced recently and iirc it had an option to disable generated audio dubs. not a desktop solution but alas
in this thread i’ve only seen complaints about the implementation, no one has even implied LLM’s are useless.
they’re presented as general knowledge chatbots at the very least, and i know i’d consider spelling pretty general knowledge.
the way i see it you can either acknowledge the “strawberry question” as a genuine failing of most every publicly accessible LLM, or you can acknowledge that LLMs are only ever actually correct by pure chance. sometimes it’s a REALLY GOOD chance, but at the end of the day it’s still always a variable that you can’t actually control.

not really an answer but i think dollhouse’s second season hits worse than if it had just been cancelled outright. i’m glad joss got the chance to give it an ending, but CHRIST that timeskip fucking sucks.
i was told if i enjoyed it, i should stop watching after season one and watch the movie instead.
i think people who make this argument generally take the whole thing a little too seriously. at this point i’ve started censoring fuckwords in memes bc i think it’s funny that it seems to upset some folk so much.
