Lol funny I was watching today's news and police were arresting climate activist. Protecting and being personal body guard for CEO of shell , woodside etc. Hope it rises by another few degrees may be thats when we all will get out and do something about it

Diet is really important. Eat light breakfast such as museli, oats etc, lean meat, egg for lunch and dinner. And A little exercise is all you need.
