I feel so dumb. Does it say that in their website? When I went to their webpage there was a big underlines heading that said “no emulation”

Shame it doesn’t emulate honestly. It looks incredible but I don’t have physical carts.
Just a reminder for anyone that wants to check up on r/place without giving Reddit your money, there are tons and tons of twitch streams that show how r/place currently looks.
If you aren’t actively helping create the “fuck spez” check our r/place without giving Reddit traffic.
I mean i took a programming class and damn near failed it my first semester of college so hopefully that doesn’t disqualify me. I work in insurance for now.
I just switched over because Apollo was my favorite time killer, and I can’t stand the Reddit mobile app.
I can’t wait to see it fully developed. I still pop in on the beta on TestFlight from time to time.
Just make sure you’re buying quality stamps. Wouldn’t want this to go the way of George’s fiancé from Seinfeld.
More realistically ruined the parts of the internet that those with money were able to create or buy. Large swaths of the internet (especially now with the fediverse) are decentralized or decentralizing so one rich assholes decisions has less of an impact on overall use and enjoyment of platforms.
I for one can say I actually prefer Memmy. I think the themes look better and it functions a little smoother. I’m sure Mlem will be good though, it just seems earlier on in development.
Gonna have to downvote until you provide a source. As someone from Utah I’d be interested to read a fact checked article or even see the documents referring to this.
The United States is the wealthiest country in the history of the world and yet somehow manages to have more people doing slave labor (incarcerations for minor nonviolent crimes), more children starving, more violent crime, and more homelessness than almost any other modernized western nation. That’s not the sign of a system that works, and it doesn’t work because despite being wealthy as a group, individually Americans are divided into haves and have nots. Those that have HAVE EVERYTHING and do ANYTHING to maintain the status quo by tricking a lot of the have nots, statistically have nots like you, into believing this is the natural order of the world.
You are not a serf, you are not a slave, you are a human being deserving of a reasonable quality of life and so are the other 99% of Americans that are deprived of a respectful life because 1% of the people suck away wealth and vitality like vampires.
Is it illegal to burn bibles, Torahs, and other religious texts? If not I don’t see why any one religious belief should get a pass.
They’ll grow out of it when they enter the job market. I was conservative in high school too until I moved out of mom and dads and realized that our society has created nothing worth conserving for anyone under the age of 50. Nothing will make you radical like realizing you will likely never be able afford a home and children.
