I kinda hope they change the software to also be called codeberg. Its sich a good name and forgejo is so difficult to say and have people know how to spell it

This doesnt make sense though. The links go from being twitter.com to become x.com it doesnt turn every x into the word twitter which would make no sense for his xitty plan to force people to say x

Oh, then every shooting should be expected in the US by that metric

The apps would be fine if it wasnt for the enshittification and gamification aspect of it. Pay to unlock swipes and boosts and all that nonsense it so dystopian. We need non profits to start running pro social apps that are actually healthy

A single coder made photopea which is near feature parity of photoshop. I think the Proton team can figure out a docs suite

oh i didnt know that. The sponsorblock, subs, and chapters isnt default though so those are still useful in that conf file

If we cant do a thing perfectly then we shouldnt even try or take any better steps?

Im glad theyre going from premium quality/prices tbh. I want the good companies to charge enough to run sustainable businesses that continue creating amazing products.

Look at Pine64 they make all these awesome open source computers, linux phones, etc but they charge so little that the specs are so bad people buy them and then leave them in a drawer and use a different device. Meanwhile the PlayDate is like $200 for a super simple gameboy like device but its premium quality and they make enough profit to put into good software and social experiences that make people want to use it.
