Austria is in a pretty privileged situation here. There is almost no chlorine added to the water. Because of the alps we have a lot of fresh drinking water sources.

The lava lamps are just a gimmick and evening filming a white wall (as long as the video is not overexposed) would be just as random/secure because of the avalanche effect of cryptographically secure hash functions and the thermal noise of cameras.
