I flag them all for the most part cuz the reports get annoying otherwise. And they probably get auto flagged now on the latest Lemmy in a NSFW community. There’s 100x more engagement when stuff isn’t marked nsfw, but there’s way too many sensitive people.

Don’t think so. You’ll just have to login on the app. Settings aren’t too time consuming.
