A lot of developers did this and funny enough all the ones that took lifetime subs and stuff. Some of the most promising ones too. Hopefully they come back but they seem to be waiting for it to financially make sense at one point (higher user count).
Until then I suggest branching out and trying others like Voyager or Thunder. I don’t use android so there may be more good/actively developed ones.
Yeah, I’ve figured out Samsung was the buzz word. Also they’ve had some improvement apparently as they’re supporting and updating the operating system on these for 7 years now. I have no skin in the game. I don’t use Android. I just love tech. Especially bleeding edge. I’m not here to argue about pricing or what Samsung did somewhere. Just sharing one of MKBHD’s dope videos.

I’m not new here. Lemmy Is very fickle with a lot of specific words. I’m just trying to figure out which ones those are here. Maybe that’s it. They never heard of MKBHD and think I posted an ad.
I agree it’s not important. I’m more curious than anything. I have a running buzz word list that I know will incite down votes and anger. I’m guessing Samsung is now on that list. Or I’ll find out when I post a MKBHD video again and it’s about some foss only custom rom capable phone and it’s still downvoted. 
It would be great to know, in my opinion, for future reference. I can’t wrap my head around why it would even be downvoted lol.
Mind at least referencing your daily driver after saying that? I shared the video because I love learning about damn near every device that comes out. He references the price in the review.
Looking forward to something like this as well. Right now I just end up blocking, but some it would be nice to just be reminded of who they are and how they’re going to act.
