I guess apprenticeships aren't that common yet in the US, but in many countries you can learn a profession not only at uni. In that case the high school diploma isn't the last/highest diploma one would get.

Oh yeah, those go well in a rye-wheat mixed bread with slices so large that half a slice is big enough for a sandwich. Or in a lye roll, also perfect for hearty/salty sandwiches with veggies.
Don't get me wrong, I love butter on bread. I think butter elevates good bread to one of the best meals I've ever eaten. But I also think (good!) bread has awesome and plentiful tastes on its own. But I'm happy that you love bread as well :)
