I had to go look to see what it sounded like, and I'll tell you, Rebound sounds an awful lot like the USB insertion fail sound from that one Samsung Windows theme from the XP days (that got passed around as supposedly being from the Longhorn betas), just without the echo.

Their shareholders that were asking for this are dumb as fuck. As much as a merger with Kioxia would've sucked even more, at least it would've appeased that crowd that was calling for a spinoff.
