I think a lot of the problem is companies not adjusting to change. It’s easier and cheaper to fight change than to embrace it. Add in a bunch of oil investments and now they have companies actively killing non-oil projects.

I’m sure we will all look back on this in a few decades and be very disappointed.

I certainly don’t want to be defending the US in regard to the camps they have for deporting people, but there is a big difference between genocide and deportation. Don’t defend China with whataboutism.

Most of the time span for the report came before President Donald Trump took office, indicating the jobs picture was deteriorating before he began levying tariffs against U.S. trading partners.

Meaning those numbers are old af and it’s a lot worse than that.

Well, considering China is committing genocide against the Uyghurs, yes I think that alters the score.
