What platform are you playing BG3 on? I was thinking about trying it.

Ok going through this now.

I never thought it’d be like this though. I thought that video game would literally stop being fun. Like I’d grow out of them or something and not find them enjoyable anymore.

But that’s not it. They are still fun and enjoyable. What I didn’t expect was that my mind would be so full of responsibilities that it would just be impossible to enjoy video games. As if there just isn’t enough room in my brain.

I’m sitting there trying to play but I’m just thinking about all the things I need to do tomorrow. Or this week. Or this month.

There is just too much to think about that I can no longer enjoy not thinking.

Yeah I bought a house 5 years ago and Zillow says it’s worth $100k more now. If I was looking for a home right now I couldn’t afford the one I’m living in. In the last 5 years I make $35k more than I did then but it still wouldn’t be enough to buy this house.

Back when I bought my house is was considered aggressive to offer their full asking price, which is what I did.

The whole system is beyond broken at this point.

Can you imagine some marketing firm contacting intel to pay for the user data scraped by their customers GPUs?

Like how is that real.

Tons of the country are dumb people who live in red counties.

Actually if you teleported to a random location in the country, the odds are that you’d land in a red county most of the time.

They’ll find jobs from conservative business owners who believe the same wrong stuff they do.

Also no one actually knows how long tasks take.

If you work from home and only work for 4 hours, lots of managers do not know how to tell if that work you did took 8 hours or 4. In the office they have plausible deniability that they saw you there doing something.
