Transitioning.

Like, seriously, why? Are they allergic to have their own brand or something?

Hi, I'm running EndeavourOS and I have Life is Strange on Steam, which has a native Linux version.

But it doesn't load, and I got this message when running steam on the terminal:

/home/vis4valentine/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Life Is Strange/bin/LifeIsStrange: error while loading shared libraries: libcef.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The lib files that it says are missing, are in the game folder, in a subfolder called lib/x86_64/

I don't know what can I do.

The is a script called LifeisStrange.sh tho. If that might be useful.

I don't mean like, making the Vtube character and rigging on Blender or something, I mean, the act of actually getting in front of the webcam to move and use the avatar and getting to combine it with the other elements of the video ur making.

I think most Vtubers are using Adobe Character Animator or something, I'm not really sure, does someone knows if some FOSS alternative that can do that?

Yes, In spanish is called "La Ilustración" and didn't realize that there is a different word for it in english.

Illustrations thinkers: CHURCH AND STATE SHOULD BE SEPARATED! French revolutionaries: CHURCH AND STATE SHOULD BE SEPARATED! US founding fathers: CHURCH AND STATE SHOULD BE SEPARATED!

Republicans for some reason: Yeah, I'm pretty sure our founding fathers wanted a theocratic dictatorship **source: trust me bro**

How can they get away with being so historically wrong and doing such a revisionism?

Hi, I install the libva.so from AUR and also I did this: steam-runtime --reset

And seems to work, but now I have a different problem, this one:

I now need to find out how to fix this one.

[–] vis4valentine@lemmy.ml 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

I would like to know what library that might be.

[–] vis4valentine@lemmy.ml 2 points 2 years ago

I see only a saintsrow2.i386 file in the game folder.

Hi, for context, I'm trying to run it on EndeavourOS (arch based) directly from steam, the game is supposed to be Linux native.

./saintsrow2.i386 failed to start due to the following dependancy problems:

Classic fascist narrative: The enemy is both strong and dangerous, and weak and dumb.

Given that racists and slavers used the "natural physical strength" of black people to justify putting them on hard labor and some medics still think that blacks has higher resistance to pain, I wonder if when black athletes started to join mixed race sport teams, some racist would have used the same "biological advantage" argument that now transphobes use against trans athletes to claim it was "unfair" for black to compete against whites to justify segregation.

Hi, bth I never played fortnite, but I tried PUBG Mobile and COD Mobile and I honestly enjoyed the Battle Royale gameplay, and I think I'm kinda good at it given the number of times I've won, but I got tired of those games needing to download a shit ton of content and trying to make me pay for shit, so I haven't played in a while.

So, I wonder if someone already made a FOSS Battle Royal, at least as an optional game mode inside some other game, like, there are plenty of quake clones and I wanted to know if there is some battle royal around.

I was thinking about how fire guns are very loud and how its worst in close environments (I had never shot a gun cuz im not american) and I remembered the Mirror room scene in John Wick Chapter 2.

I was thinking if by shooting once, many mirror could break because of the sounds of a gun alone. Has someone tried this or see it happen?
