That one is not hard evidence though, for example delivery drivers from FedEx in my area send text messages from their actual phones announcing an upcoming delivery.
The messages are still standardized, so I'm assuming they are company phones and send pre-programmed messages from templates, but if I call that number, I'll actually speak to the person handling my delivery.

I'd assume the law would include federated social media. And while that wouldn't prevent underage Australians to sign up with instances hosted elsewhere, it will impose restrictions on local ones, thus hurting the federation effort.
The courts don't care what software is being used now, they care what lawsuit has been brought to them. They don't actively pursue infringements by themselves.

Sanctioned killings are authorized by a government representative, which indemnifies the killer. Murder is by definition unsanctioned, hence those are not the same.
