Hmm... Clockwork and fluorescent arms?

No clue tbh, I've kinda reached all my savings goals. Can buy a house outright when the time comes to settle down (not so easy, not even sure about the country let alone cityat this point), and still got enough to live a relaxed life. Guess I'll just top up the retirement fund.

Incorrect, according to German legislation, weapons may be used to protect life and prevent harm. Courts have recurrently ruled that an attacker with a knife approaching the police or innocent bystanders are considered beyond stoppable if they are in immediate reach of a potential victim (which has been said to be in a range of 6 meters and below).

What needs to be established now is whether the cop used unnecessary lethal force, since the guy has been hit 4 times (3 direct hits, once grazed), and at least one shot was from behind.

Drill a hole and get an analogue clockwork, done.

I don't think I'm a supertaster, after having read up what it entails.

Having lived in China for about 7 years, I've had my share of Sichuan peppers though, as well as Sichuan pepper oil, and definitely get the tingling sensation.

Are you using whole, unprocessed peppercorns and grind them yourself? If not, they get stale very soon, and the numbness is the first thing that fades.

See if you can get the oil where you're at, that preserves it nicely.

Oh and don't just use a few corns (or drops of oil for that matter), in Chinese dishes there's a ton of it. Way more than you'd consider normal.

Something like this for example: https://www.cookinshanghai.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Sichuan-Boiled-Fish.png

I don't get why people need to look at their phone for 12 seconds, but hey.

Yeah, there's a reason the orange overlord is targeting universities now. He knows that election wins come from the uneducated and poor. They either truly don't know, or don't care enough since they have no investments worth mentioning.

What's OAN? Never heard of that.

Ah right, that could be. No expert on commercial systems tbh.

I didn't read into the specifics of the IR LED they are using, but assuming it's somewhere in the 850-900nm wavelength with sufficient power, they should be blocking you out if the CCTV is recording infrared images.

There's a video here that explains the principle. I've highlighted the key part, but feel free to check out the whole thing to understand the idea: https://youtu.be/fywvB4Unjv4?t=240

Thing is, if the camera records in the regular, visible spectrum only, it will see you just the way you are. Most cameras automatically switch to IR mode when the environmental light strength drops below a certain threshold, so you'd be "invisible" at night, but clear as day during, well, daytime.

Some apps offer a keyword filter.

Not sure that's officially been diagnosed, but he sure acts like it.
