Yeah, my “time in daylight” is seriously off because my work uniforms cover my watch most of the time.
Back when I wore my short-sleeved uniforms, it wasn’t a problem.

If your phone was on/near your bed, your phone tracked it instead.
What the hell are you doing with an iPhone 8 in 2023? Upgrade.
I definitely wear it when leaving home, when at home it's less of a requirement, as I've got several devices to tell the time.
My one day off is also my most sedentary day, so the rings are at their minimum requirements to be closed.
