What bike lanes? I wish there were any bike lanes to take away. I don't count trash filled gutters.

Nice! "Drunk II" is one of my favorite tracks from them.

Also, thanks for reminding me to donate to KEXP! Today is the last day of the Spring drive.

I made a function bound to <leader>cd that opens up the file editor in the directory of the currently open buffer. I use it all the time. I'll post the snippet if anyone is interested.

This is the closest thing I've heard of that does some sort of casting. AFAIK it doesn't replace chromecast. I've never actually used it.

My solution to this since my house is small is to use an amp that supports multiple speakers that all the devices connect to and then wire speakers through the house. I've thought about connecting the amp to a small computer and streaming the audio to my sheds using ROC. The neat thing about this solution is I can play my records and tapes too and listen to them seamlessly between rooms.

Definitely not turkey tail. I asked my partner and they say it is possibly a resinous polypore or something similar, which could be a good place to start with IDing it.

A Way Out is an interesting one. Very story driven with some FPS stuff near the end.

Yes! I've played a fair bit of KCD 2. Really enjoying it!

Oblivion is my favorite Elder Scrolls. I actually played it again recently and thought it held up pretty well. I'm a sucker for wandering lush bucolic landscapes though.

I haven't done any research into GPUs on Linux in awhile. I wasn't aware nvidia finally released an open source driver. Looks like it's recommended for the 3080. Seems like this was a fairly recent development so you may have more luck?

I found one of those at a thrift store! I had no idea the top came with a stand. It's become my daily brewer! It makes a great cup!

I have an aeropress for making a smaller amount t of coffee. I have a metal filter that has a special valve that's supposed to make something espresso adjacent. It sort of works.

I found out about it because of a hacker news comment discussing the Reddit drama. I'm pretty upset that I didn't discover it on Reddit. I assume any mention of Lemmy was marked as spam or was I just not browsing the right communities?

This boat has been anchored in this spot for about a month. Every time the tide goes out the boat sits on the mud. I've been curious if this is harming the boat anyway? Seems like a weird spot to anchor long term.
