I didn't consider that I am on the spectrum until my son and then wife told me I could be. That started my investigation. I also don't have obvious outward characteristics, but I've been hiding it since I was in 3rd grade. Lots of things on my head and concealed.

I'm in the US. Not a formal diagnosis, but tested on embrace autism, and a few other sites. I'm the multiple retakes I get very close to the same results. I've talked with my wife (surprising to her the many things I do and things that she had no idea about) and son, and I've talked with a counselor (going regularly now). For me, I don't see the value of a neuro psych eval.
60! Just now talking the time to figure out what it all means.
Embrace-Autusm.com had a test, I've taken it 3 or 4 times in the past 2 years, pretty close to the same results each time. I read an article that said to try different evaluations to get a better result. I tried 3 more tests online and get matching results. One reported something like autistic behaviors it something like that, heading their bet. Most ended says only a psychiatrist can make an actual diagnosis. I'm happy with the results I have. It has helped me figure out myself some, and I've gotten a little understanding from my wife, now that we can identify issues in having an being related to being autistic (it doesn't stop arguments, but we get to a point of understanding quicker when my perspective is so different from hers).
Not in Denver, but I test ppm with water tester and I test acidity with pH test strips. I have an RO system in my house. I usually add minerals I get from the brew store, a little more for stouts according to what I've read.
I didn't think I was, but after my wife and son said I was I took some online evaluations. Since then I've read more and more about it. I've shared some of my atypical behaviors, like being a little too literal sometimes, having difficulties in conversations, with my wife and it has given her a better perspective that has curbed things we previously argued about. I think I'm seeing more why I don't quite understand other people, and my wife sometimes, so that helps preventing arguments.
Dirty Americano = shot of espresso, don't remove grounds and run a second shot (two shots of water through the same grounds)
Thanks for that. I did skim the article, but didn't find the definitions for each of the three. I have taken other tests. I'm mostly helped to understand how I act and interact, and it helps my wife see me differently, mostly in the different perspective I have and when I'm stuck on something but she's moved on. I'll look at the other links, too.
I'm over the top on all, too. 4.5, 3.67, and 3.5 I'm not diagnosed autistic, but my wife and son thinks I am, and on all other tests I'm in range. Where is the details on what these results mean?
I thought it was good. I've been drinking more IPAs so I liked it.

Start here and see where this takes you. This is what I did. I'm older and don't see a reason for a full eval. I've also been reading and searching to see if some things I do are autistic. If you aren't sure, start here, or find some other online tests.
