Would you like the Fashion Police Annihilator Pistol or the Commando Laser Hairbrush?

When 32-bit color depth came out, a magazine reported a request by a non-computer person to create a list of all the colors. Just all of them. The response was something like

00 00 00 Black
00 00 01 Still black
00 00 02 Nope, still black
00 00 03 More black
...

So a list of 4000 colors, named, might actually be useful at least to give someone a scope of color depth.

If they strike down Obergafel, may it be the last straw that breaks public obedience to the federal justice system.

I mean, since the public is getting abducted and rendered without due process daily, it's not like federal law actually matters, already.

If they're coming for you anyway to deprive you of life and liberty, why not crime? You don't surrender if the enemy gives no quarter.

Isn't that the dude who then said he was fired due to his Jubilee appearance and got $35k from GoFundMe?

And then it turns out he was fired months earlier?

I think the maggots are already chewing at the heart of Jubilee.

Seriously, I think most rich people are mentally ill and are compelled to keep accumulating and hoarding until they own everything.

Carnegie became critically aware that J. P. Morgan would totally kill him to take his assets. Carnegie even wondered of such a monster lurked in his own heart. ( Narrator: Yes. Yes, it did. )

We don't know the point at which people get greedy and lose empathy with their subservient co-workers, but even small business owners are stereotypically mean employers.

If we assume Hell isn't real and dead people don't exist, it means we'll have to create our own justice.

But since billionaires are pretty consistent tyrants (exceptions exist, but they're rare) we should just have an intervention after the tenth million.

Then the additonal money in circulation can be used to post-scarcity up our society so that everyone gets a burger and a milkshake whenever they want one.

My dad is a literal rocket scientist with an illustrious career at NASA navigating satellites and space probes. University of Missouri, but CalTech / MIT material math wizard.

He's full MAGA now. The scary part is now he regurgitates FOX News sound bites he'd disagree with twenty years ago.

~~A century ago~~ fuck! About a century and a quarter ago this was the sentiment regarding new-money industrialists by old money landlords.

Remove the racist layer and it's class conflict all the way down.

To take a little plunder
And to hear the cannon sound 🦜

Not to be confused with epistemology, which also poses a grave risk to the MAGA cult.

I call it geeking out which is usually instead about anime plots or TTRPG characters and worlds. And it's a habit of us neurospicy folk that often scares those who aren't.

My whole point was that while Trump's memo was meant to enable Christian proselytizers, there is a whole demographic of thinkers (mad, free or otherwise) who will also be enabled, so this may well be a Chesterton's Fence issue, especially if those thinkers are the office clerks who are super good at data crunching and making sure the LAN doesn't fall apart.

I wrote this in a recent letter to mom, and it was worthy of saving. Use it ~~only for good~~ as you will.

I once likened this era to living on an active and volatile volcano.

Now, I compare it to living inland in Tokyo, while Godzilla, Ghidorah and Megalon are fighting each other downtown by the bay. Things appear okay in my day to day life, but every once in a while, a chunk of skyscraper, uncoupled trolley or piece of freeway intersection arcs above and smashes the local deli, crushing some homes as it rolls to a stop. Titans rumble above us and we can only watch in horror and hope it stops before we get crushed, ourselves.
