The Bears threw a million screens because they don't trust Fields to actually throw the ball down the field... how does this unsubstantiated opinion keep popping up?
He makes the throw... nothing special. He misses... told you he sucks. No matter what happened, you'd phrase it in what ever way suited your point.
To them, that does not matter. They'll just find something else to criticize.
That's the dumbest rationale.
