With these policies, I'm happy to welcome Bottom-racer as dictator.
I survived day one of my new job and nobody is obviously crazy, I'll take this as a win.
The good news: there is an office dog (!).
The bad news: the office dog (and her mum) is on leave for next few weeks and the office is currently dogless.
First day of new job tomorrow. It should be good but I'm in a bit of a "what if they hate me because I'm not wearing the perfect outfit" headspace.
I have eaten too much sticky date pudding and I may never move again.
It really doesn't come my way often. I recommend impending visitors with a tight deadline.
I had a spot of cleaning mojo and vacuumed and mopped the floors. I now have nice clean floors but the kitchen's too wet to go in and make a cuppa. Boo.
There are so many great works, but the digital bin chickens outside NGV always make me smile.
An expensive, gourmet coffee cake. I really hate coffee.
I was given such a cake at work many years ago and felt obliged to eat a piece to be polite. They meant so well. It was so revolting.
I'm super happy for you.
But I'm a little worried about the cats. Are they inside the pedal? What if they get squashed?
