It’s fine, I’ve just seen a lot of weird comments today so I was starting to wonder if they’re generated comments somehow.

Stop using it in addition to blocking them at the network level via DNS or IP blocking. It doesn’t matter whether you use it or not because they’ll continue tracking you across third party apps and websites anyway.
In fact just this article alone contains 23 third-party trackers (including Google and Meta) and 34 third-party cookies.
I read it more like “I don’t want to have kids and this is one reason why,” I think a lot of people here are taking this way too seriously.
