i dont have a touch device with gnome, but you open the app drawer with i believe a left swipe. on android you usually swipe up instead.

i know it says fuck in there. its pretty obvious.

thats fair. suppose we must push harder for remote work, its way better to the environment and much everytging else anyway.
touch input uses gestures instead, not unlike android.
you can actually, and id bet theres a linux native domain management system that works better.
i suppose we can cram people into old shipping containers and vans, but dont we have enough actual housing already?

you can reorganize the app drawer as to make your apps more acessible. just like regular gnome.
