building a web browser is extremely difficult and everyone else uses Google's version of WebKit

To be fair it is based on KHTML. One of projects KDE can spend that extra money on and resurrect.

For context: unlike USSA, here in former USSR country banning abortions is VERY unpopular, I don't think any amount of yachts can achieve this. Their real goal seeme to be removal of abortion from goverment clinics.
