Why? I mean it's much better to have the messenger app without all the facebook BS.
Its very easy to disregard facebook in 2023, but Messenger is still one of the more prominent messaging app.
I hope I'm proven wrong, but I'm not sure this is the best title to receive the Nightdive treatment.
Apart for the dated visual, gameplay and overall game mechanics wise the game is very awkward by 2023 standards.

From the few leaks I've seen, it starts really slow for the first hours in an attempt not to overwhelm the player. I'm guessing the initial reactions once the game is out will be that the game "is boring and linear" 🙄
