So what you're saying is that the whole middle-east conflict is really just there to save the climate? ^/s^

There could be driver issues doing this. I had a bad experience with Emulex NICs under OPNsense, Intel OTOH worked flawlessly. Switched back to virtual interfaces tho, as it works about as good as a physical NIC

but then it’s up to the “best” product

that's the part why it didn't happen

I thought about that and came

to the conclusion, that it's the best way to post because it credits the guy who actually found and sort-of archived it instead of just reposting the images

You're thinking about this and this

That's not the point. The biggest project that currently is on codeberg is forgejo with about 1000 stars. The biggest project that currently is on github is freeCodeCamp with 383000 stars.
You see the difference? If a dev only pushes to codeberg, they have basically no way of being discovered, because there is no one to discover them.

I think I should add that I am a supporting member of Codeberg e.V.

Tbh I can understand why they dedicated all of their stock to industrial customers instead of individuals. If back then they'd put all of their stock on the open market, it would've been scalped instantly. But what's even more important is that there are businesses who's products rely on the Pi being available, and tbh I'd rather have businesses using a Pi for their products instead of having to switch to a proprietary solution that nobody can service in 5 years.

Also: if you ever really needed a pi, you could've asked them via e-mail and they'd hook you up with one or a couple

Okay, but why? Can't you do that with selfhosted gitea/gitlab/forgejo? Remember that access to the instance has to be easy enough that normies can use it, so I guess having to figure out i2p is not viable
