Why do people throw trash on the ground if a trash can is out of reach?

Done right a stop sign tells you that the yield sign was not enough and that you have to be careful.
If a therapist cannot look beyond culture how will they understand what creates the problems in somebody's life? To get canned answers, a book is enough.
A valid problem.
If it is that dire then the reality is that if you don't call, the children will die. But it's not awkward because you will never know if you don't use the service.
The third world only earns more if we buy services back.
If you feel bad that the family starves you can still pay more. But people understand PPP. Your life will be worse than theirs. You paid for chips while they had a real meal.

In the NW, I was able to be who I wanted to be. In the South, I had to be like them
That's the core issue. Former threads on this mention that you can be yourself in private. Everything is acceptable by hiding it behind a facade. You don't become like them, you put up a facade. It's a different culture, but it doesn't reject who you are.
Regarding corruption. Is the south worse or just worse at hiding it?
Regarding sexual education. Since you must have northern parents, why haven't they informed you?
Worst case, India becomes like Saudi Arabia. The problem is the temperature tolerance of crops, not humans.
Why is there no option to talk to a third world person for $5 and make it a win for everybody? There is no western monopoly on psychology.
But you have a new party with better politics. Otherwise you argue that Democrats and Republicans already represent exactly the will of the population.
