No idea why this news is making the rounds, duckstation switched to a nonfree license long ago and was forked from the last free release as a consequence. No one is using the og anymore to my knowledge.

Its not easy at all, I found it a real pain to set up if you dont use an apt based distro. Opensuse tumbleweed for example requires you use kernel modules not shipped by default and some third party repos.

hey people on the internet, I updated my tumbleweed to 20241002 and since then, the system would randomly freeze and crash, and automatically reboot after a short while. It also happens when waking from suspend. Does this happen to anyone else?
