Bei den Räuchertofu ist es finde ich ziemlich hit or miss. Manche gefallen mir von Konsistenz und Geschmack gar nicht, andere sehr gut. Da gilt also wie bei der Milch auch, einfach durchprobieren. Es gibt so viele Varianten und von den Tierischen Produkten schmecken ja auch nicht alle gleich.
