I've started to appreciate myself a "little bit" more in the mirror. Not saying I've started noticing narcissistic tendencies. But I'm allowing it as I'm in the best shape of my life. Have I kissed my biceps goodnight? Y'all know I have.

If it wasn't for the community I would have eaten the onion

Wario? Or whatever the name is of "evil" one

My go to is dynamic exercises that forced you to stabilise the core. Kettle bell swings (including one handed variants), halos, around-the-world, atlas swings etc. Thus combined with mobility drills from the hip (where many back muscles start) and up takes for me care of any after work pain.

Not diminishing the effects of stronger back muscles but the stretch and decompression of the spine in the hang part does it's part. I love that bit, just hanging there getting stretched from arms to arse.

It really is! Since summer-ish been doing the negatives (eccentric?) of the pullups inbetween other things. At one point I started seeing if I could get up as well. Half. Then one. Did that every now and then as a bit of checking in to see what progress I've been doing.

Can't wait for tomorrow after spinning to see if it was a fluke or not.

Still decent bands out there? Oh bloody gosh there are! Let me just give you two, if not we'll be here until dawn. There is Icelandic Misþyrming and Finnish Havukruunu. Both leaning a little bit into more atmospheric soundscapes rather than the "pure" low-fi dissonance black metal is known for. Their whole libraries are worth listening to and searches gives you quality starting points.

More likely while the public squabble takes our attention those behind the scenes will calmly remake everything to their design. While we notice nothing but the squabble...

Time to blockade St Petersburg? And Kaliningrad.

On holiday since about an hour. Currently in bed eating Jaffa cakes. Effort level achieved!

A Beethoven of today. A modern musical genius.

The northwest passage going from the Atlantic to the Pacific oceans (or vice versa) through the Canadian arctic archipelago. With "just" a bit of climate change it can become a viable sea route. Or we could just... or wait we won't.

NORTHWEST PASSAGE

MUSHROOMHEAD is for me a one hit wonder and this is that one hit. Nothing else by them really rings my bells. Or tickles my fancies.

The heavy industrial feel. Manufacturing industry. Forge hammers hitting their anvils. Welders charging their TIGs.

I just get an urge to pick up a sledge hammer and get to work

The tale of how Agne Skjalfarbonde met his demise. After going plundering easterly killing a Finnish chieftain named Froste he took his children as captives. Froste's daughter Skjalv agreed to marry Agne if Agne hosted a grave feast to Froste. During that feast Agne got really drunk and Skjov's men hanged him with a torc once belonging to Froste.

A noose out of gold.

This tale is told in the Ynglinga saga, the legendary record of the Svear.

A retelling of the saga of Hervor, daughter of Angantyr, who went on a quest to claim her inheritance. And from the cold grips of her interred father she demanded the sword Thyrfing and she by the force of her will got it.

I'm a man with a plan! The plan is to share as much music I can!

(I know it doesn't fit the pace(?) or whatever but enjoy)

Sunday tomorrow. What's your excuse from hitting the gym and PUMPING IRON POWER?

Sometimes a hype track for a game update just slaps. This is one of those tracks.

I like the sway. A bit weird, hard to place but still a nice sway.

If TrollfesT can challenge for a spot in the Eurovision song contest you too can go for that flamboyant goal of yours

Any bad matchups? Also why not just Sabaton?
