Yes absolutely, gender and sex doesn't define someone but maybe actually do new rules based on certain characteristics of a person instead of sexual reproductive parts.

What you use for all that? Any apps or anything to make it that nice.
There only playthings only with consent.
I personally use sleep as android for my wake up alarm when I really need to get up. Has various options that help me. Like forcing me to get out of bed to scan a QR code to dismiss the alarm. Among other great things.
