It calms me, my heart rate goes down, my anxiety is less, attention spans is better.
Pretty much exact opposite of what it does to neurotypical people, very hard to sleep without it

36 I believe, I planned it because I rarely of ever drink alcohol, but wanted to experience being really fucking drunk, got a few people I trusted and got really fucking drunk, they didn't.
Was nothing really fun or entertaining, didn't help any depression or anything. One of the most annoying and just no benefit for me drinking.
Have not drunk alcohol sense, don't see any point
Probably around 8 when I got prescribed adhd medication, helped me extremely, still on it
I know people always choose Hitler if they could go back in time and kill. Someone, but tbh I would choose Nixon, if I remember correctly, most of our problems we have in the US are directly related to him and his fucking over America for corporate greed.

Depends on the people that the more right the more likely they believe it doesn't exists and its just weakness the more left the More People understand it and accept it.
This is based on my own experience I have experienced.
It always seems that white men thing mental illness is a fad and that it's just weakness and don't seek help, from my experience at least.
Therapy is extremely expensive compared first world countries, so most people can't really get help, and sense a lot of people work 9-5 and therapists work 9-5 and us having trouble to survive and can't take time off for it (or risk of getting fired for calling out) most of us don't really go to therapy because of it.
As someone who is disabled and known people who are disabled, we don't have the luxury of going out to eat as it is incredibly hard on us, I don't use them but if I want to get nice food from a restaurant I really don't have a choice besides delivery and there's not a lot of places that do delivery without these apps (and some places hide that it's doordash and say it's there own)
For one of the people I knew in the past who couldn't cook there own food because of there disabilities, they heavily relied on doordash type services and they barley ate because being disabled means your incredibly poor, but this anti human society doesn't care about disabled people.
I know some of the lore but people have already answered that, so give you my experience, I joined it see what it's like, I reported something that broke there ToS, I was then thrown on a community called "dunk tank" or something like that.
I was new to lemmy and it said in what I thought messages was that I got a message and then I responded to it
Apparently it's against that community rules to respond to it

Although tbh. Lemmy.world seems very capitalist loving but at least I don't get instant banned because I'm new. Never had any problems with Lemmy.ml in my experience, but also I have some problems with shit just works (or whatever its called)
Yes I am.. We are. I use I instead of we because people don't understand it and it's easier in online spaces to just use I instead of we.
If specific people existed when they where right in front of them existing. Those people are LGBT people and it's happening to much.
Fashion trends are part of the owning class making us working class spend more on thetr products, don't fall for its buy things that make you, you, don't fall for the capitalist need to buy things you don't necessarily need. Unless it's dictated by the owning class in your job, nothing you can do about that though.
