I'm not sure how to break this to you, but Halloween is European. Halloween was invented in Ireland, from the pagan celebration of Samhain. Even the practice of dressing up in costume and going from door to door asking for food is recorded as of the 16th century at the latest. Pranks, as well as "Mischief Night," also dates from the 18th century at the latest. This is all pre-Americanisation. It's not a continental European tradition but it's certainly European, not American.

Unironically this is true. A significant amount of GDP all across the Western world is vastly overstated. That's why a country like Russia, that produces real things, can go toe to toe with the West in terms of artillery production despite having a tiny GDP. By any actual measure of industrial capacity and production of goods and services, China's economy is already far larger than the United States.
No, US power was irrevocably damaged after 2003. That was the terminal crisis, when they could no longer get the entire

I think he's trying to say that they're not responsible for the bombing, not that they bombed in "irresponsibly". It's like they have "irresponsibility" in that they have no "responsibility" for the strike.
