If they had to look at every petition they'd only be looking at them all day. It makes sense to only handle stuff that will impact a lot of people.

Is there anything similar in the USA?

I justify Palestinians defending themselves and revolting against their oppressors, I acknowledge their right resist, including armed resistance, but I do not think that civilian targets in any conflict are a good thing.

So long story short, I think Palestinians are fully within their right when they pursue armed resistance, but I condemn harming civilians, no matter the party doing it.

Show me another country occupying and oppressing people they see as animals.

Unique circumstances lead to unique actions.

But I think we can all agree that october 7 was not a good thing. Resistance shouls always be directed against the state, not civilians.

Go get breakfast before you go to sleep, or set alarm, grab breakfast, and have a second round of sleep.

Hamas are the resistance in occupied Gaza. Resistance will always be labelled "terrorism" by the occupying force. Or would you disagree that the résistance in France under Nazi Germany occupation was preceived drastically different depending on which side you were on?

And as for Iran, I think that if you'd be interested in helping them get over their regime, it has to come from within. Because if we look at Afghanistan, beside years of suffering, what has improved thanks to the western intervention?

The election yes, but there are disagreements about the legitimacy of the results. Apparently the voting machines might have been manipulated.

The problem isn't Judaism, the problem is white colonialism.

Oh, I agree, but in those instances there might also be the possibility of women being forced to mary (even as first/only wife).

And Islam is already very explicit with the consent of the woman being required, just like western laws do that (and yet it can still happen)

But you bringing up handguns, I think we should always consider benefit and risks, and the risks of everybody owning handguns do definitely exceed the risks of some people having multiple wifes (as in risks for society, as well as risks for personal safety)

So if somali pirates would just take the ship and send the crew back home it would all be good?

You're having an interesting opinion here.
