As a first time iPhone owner, super impressed with their customer service so far, even though my $1200 phone is defective lol in c/apple@hardware.watch

Apple’s support is unrivaled, and definitely a reason why I have slowly shifted toward their products. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing.

Just to name a few times I have used them:

  1. Replaced airpods with apple care
  2. Help with the apple card
  3. General questions

No samsung or pixel can do something remotely similar (with quickness)
