Syndicate isn't that bad... if you ignore Jacob. Odyssey is just beautiful, and the combat isn't bad if you drop the difficulty down to a reasonable level.

Trying Origins now and I am liking it. Though I understand where you are coming from Odyssey and Origins would be better games if the RPG elements were gone.

There is are 11 other games I'd rather play first before 3

I saw it, I asked why. Then I saw it's price and compared it to eBay. It was honestly a steal of a deal to get Chronicles.

Good news is that I didn't buy it. It was a gift. So I don't have that weight on my conscience.

If you plan on modding the 360 is a good option. But if you not I'd recommend the XBone. Moderns controllers work for it, plus they can be used for PC gaming.

The 360 hasn't aged well in my opinion and most games you'd want to play will be backwards compatible on the XBone.

I vote the PS3 Onscren Keyboard.

Other systems like the PSP and Xbox are actually usable in a way. But the PS3 is hateful. Spaces when you don’t want them. Unintuitive button layout and use. Laggy interface. It has it all.

I work in IT at a company who uses outlook, but has locked down the phones so the users can’t install anything.

I can say without a reason of the doubt that outlook on Android is hateful.

It’s still a 2010 era android app with non of the desktop features working. Like the signature not syncing with your saved ones. And focused inbox hiding important emails.

But since the phones are locked down. These dark patten ads are twice as annoying since the user thinks there phone is broken. They just removed the Microsoft 2fa prompts on setup. But I saw this and almost cried.

Don’t assume that users are smart enough to read or understand how this works. They press buttons until it works. If we didn’t force google play to not allow edge to download our users would’ve been in a much harder situation to support.

As someone who sell their 3D Prints on Etsy. This is fantastic. We had other shops try to sell older versions of my designs and even trying to use my photos in their listing. If this stops that I am all for it.

At this point I’ve stopped tipping. However I don’t like random numbers so when I checkout at restaurants I round to the nearest $5. So if my meal was $32.45 I’ll tip $2.55.

For me it’s a fun math game and the percentage for the tip is low.

I never liked those quilting bees or the bingo parlours. I wanted to live life to the extreme.

The sound track and voice acting punched well above the movie’s aesthetics.

Physical item: LL Bean Laptop Bag. Was designed for laptops much bigger than the one I have now and it’s held up well… except for the buckles.

Digital: Rollercoaster Tycoon got it in a cereal box and I still play it today.

You are not wrong, but I don’t want to admit that you are right since it’s so depressing

H1_SD is the name of a MicroSD card I'm connecting, it does connect a second later, but it's annoying to keep dismissing this error every time. I am also getting it with regular SD cards and USB Drives regardless on which USB Port I've connected it to, and which format it's been partitioned too. NTFS, exfat, fat all respond similarly.

EDIT Welp, I was able to brute force a "fix". There appeared to be an issue with the Nemo configuration between 21 and 22. Not sure what the issue was specifically, but deleting the users ~/.config/nemo and a reboot fixed it for me.

I run Davinci Resolve on my machines and I've had a heck of a time trying to install/run it on Linux Mint 22.

So I put off upgrading my main rig until a good enough resolution came around. Which turned out to be this. I followed it and it worked for me.

Apparently this is an issue caused by Ubuntu 24.04 so this guide will help if you have issues on Ubuntu too.

This is the Ultimate HD version on Vita, and man it has been my goto for just relaxing strategy games. I just wished it explained the controller better, like pressing Square to drop bombs if you have 5 gems.

It's available on Steam and I can only image how good it'll be on a Steam Deck, as the game was fantastic on the Vita and PSP.

Also included on the Printables and Thingiverse Links is the FreeCAD file which I used to make these. Simply add a font file, and change the text.

I made a 3d printable eReader case for my wife. Wanted to test what would happen if we water logged them and left them in the sun to dry.

Two of the cases are made from PLA while the other is made from PETG. They are all held together by thread and leather.

The test here is to see if moving from PLA to PETG was the right move since the last time I did this, the case turned into a banana.

My eventual plan once I've finished with my testing is to sell these cases and make their designs available for others to print.

So far I am happy with it, though I wouldn’t make another kit at least not without a drill.
