Increased productivity and improved staff wellbeing were among the results of a year-long trial of the four-day week by the Scottish government.

Staff at the two organisations reported less work-related stress and greater satisfaction with their jobs and work-life balance.

Almost all workers (98%) at SOSE believed the four-day week trial improved motivation and morale, while there was a decrease in workers taking time off sick and a 25% fall in those taking sick days for psychological reasons.

Stickers with the slogan "“Russia is not my enemy" have appeared in Romania, France, and Italy.

[...]

“Russia has launched the propaganda campaign ‘Russia is not my enemy,’ which has reached Romania. Stickers with this message are appearing in cities as part of the Kremlin’s hybrid campaign aimed at creating the illusion of a ‘peaceful partnership.’ Through such tools of influence, Russia seeks to portray itself as a peacemaker, downplay its own crimes, and sow discord within European societies,” the statement by the Center for Countering Disinformation under Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council said.

[...]

The Center added that the purpose of the campaign is to undermine citizens’ trust in the rule of law and democratic institutions in their countries, cast doubt on the Euro-Atlantic course, and discredit support for Ukraine.

[...]

Russia has significantly intensified hybrid attacks on the EU’s critical infrastructure since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

People let those other people control resources

Who would be able to take it away from them? They'll do everything possible to keep them. Move it, buy politicians, etc.

could it be because they shared the greed and thought they would benefit more from it by letting that happen?

You mean trickle down and that bs?

Post it into !antiwork, !workreform, or !capitalism communities. If there isn't a community that is fitting, create one and start a movement. :)

Have you tried disabling VPN?

That's ok. Just don't do it with your personal ones.

Reminder: LibreOffice is a more than viable alternative.

Or even better, stop doing paper format documents on your computer. It creates data silos and often isn't really accessible either. Who (except maybe governments) does still print stuff?

Organize your data relational. Tools like NocoDB or Baserow let you do this pretty easily and in a privacy friendly manner (self hosted).

Elites invented capitalism. Those who already controlled most resources.

Greed develops if individuals and groups get the possibility to capture way too many resources without any limits or consequences.

Most information based apps don't need to be natively integrated. Take the Voyager client for example. It behaves almost exactly like the native version of the app.

Most users wouldn't even notice a difference, if well implemented.

App developers need to abandon these proprietary platforms and switch to open ones like the web. That's the only way to end this fuckery.
