Yep. I was the first and the last to rip on Apple for getting rid of the headphone jack.... but wireless headphones are just superior in terms of what you can do. You can start a video, walk to the kitchen to check on something, walk back, do laundry

I feel this from time to time, and for me it's a very chemical feeling that comes about due to not enough sleep and (unhelpfully) not enough caffeine.
I also feel it if I've not been dong anything to stimulate myself mentally lately. Create something, anything.
