It isn't that bad, I started to buy locally and it's true that sometimes it is a bit more expensive but just for a few euros, and sometimes it is the same price.

What I think is that it won't matter to them because narcos and other predators will just change the methods they use to communicate, and for the rest we will be left with this backdoor that could go wrong in so many ways and the mass of people can't change that easily their methods of communication.
This is something very common in stocks. In a bear market it is called a "dead cat bounce". Most probably it will go back to keep falling in a few days, if not tomorrow, unless the trend changes which would be very surprising to me.
