I suppose immutable systems are ment to stop the end user from bugging out the system but even regular Linux distrios need to assume that there users are incompetent cus I am.

Can't speek for netflix or later. Didn't get a subscription. Most of the tech in BM is great and does all that we ask off it. But the mirror in the show is the reflection of humans misuse off the tech. It's also ment to be the rasonal for any of the tech that is to improve your outword appearance but ultimately shows what we are at our core.
