Walking around my neighborhood, which is mostly flat, my hr is usually around 80. I’ve noticed it’s slightly higher later in the day or right after I eat. I try to do 3-4 hours of zone 2 cardio per week. My zone 2 is 104-123. I have to walk at 10%+ incline at 20 minute mile pace to get my hr above 104.
