🔹 We have identified an issue that some players experienced when trying to save their newly dyed cosmetics and were unable to. Once the fix has been released, the affected players should be able to access these dyed cosmetics.

Hello Sky kids,

Thank you for helping us play test the new feature in the Concert Hall.

Whether you were able to perform or was just appreciating the melodies from other Sky kids, would you please provide some feedback on your overall experience?

It would be greatly appreciated!

 

We are aware of the following bugs that may occur during the live test of the broadcasting feature:

🔹 The first performance that a player will view may appear to be playing on an invisible piano. This should correct itself with the next broadcaster.

🔹 Some players may not be able to see concert hall effects that are triggered during player emoting reactions.

🔹 The previous broadcaster may not time out properly before the next broadcaster appears causing a brief overlap in players seated at the piano.

🔹 Players that have not yet completed the second quest of the Season of Duets, may not properly see the broadcasters at the piano.

🔹 Some players may experience troubles hearing instrument audio or sustained notes.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience these may cause while we work to resolve these before the official launch of the feature.

Sky kids!

Recently, there was an issue that prevented players from being able to log into Sky for two days. This issue has been resolved, so now to offset the impact that it had, we’ve sent a currency package to your in-game inbox.

We are aware of the following bugs that are ongoing or were introduced with the arrival of Patch 0.28.1:

🔹 When players have “Skip All Skippable Cutscenes” enabled, they may find themselves stuck in the Prairie or Valley of Triumph Elder spaces after or while viewing their temple cutscenes.

🔹 [Korean Translation] The description of the Days of Fortune pack is incorrect as stating that the Fur Hat is available in the pack. The Fortune Bun Hair is included instead of the Fur Hat.

🔹 Some players may be experiencing the Daily Quest Spirits not showing at the Aviary Village archway counter. If players reload into Aviary by leaving the level and returning, the Spirits will appear. Players can also return to old Home to obtain quests from the return shrine.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience these may cause while we work to resolve them in a future update.

We’ve just released a hotfix to address:

🔷 Coloring inconsistencies with the tier 2 capes

🔷 The bug that caused players’ Nests to appear empty when players started their game in that location

🔷 Other updates

Players who have visited Valley of Triumph, and at least started the 3rd quest from the Hopeful Steward in Aviary Village, can relive this Spirit’s memories at the Village Theater & collect their beloved expression.

 

We're pleased to share that our major database maintenance is complete! This was a top priority for us, with many teams involved in order to ensure that your player data remained safe and secure. As a result, no currency, purchases, or inventory items were lost during this process!

That said, there is evidence that for a minority of players some aspects of game progression (like finishing a Seasonal Quest, reliving a Spirit's memory for the first time, etc.) may have been affected.

Please be assured these can all be replayed if this is the case, and that meanwhile, Daily Quests and rewards from Daily Quests were not affected.

Now that the maintenance is completed—we're actively reviewing the impact of this issue, and our next step is preparing thoughtful compensation to show our gratitude for your patience and support during this time.
