I went from New Pipe -> Vanced -> ReVenced -> ReVanced Extended and I'm happiest with the latter. I know it's not FOSS but sometimes I have to make a compromise for UX

I came here after GenZedong was quarantined for not blindly following western war propaganda.

Hoping other new users will learn to re-open their minds after being boxed into Reddit/western liberalism for so long. (Won't hold my breath but I do hope)

I also use multiple moniters with LM Cinnamon and they work just fine, but I am sorry to hear it doesn't work on your machine! KDE doesn't do it for me aesthetically nor resource-wise, especially on low/mid power laptops while Cinnamon does (although normally I would go for XFCE on low spec hardware). Thankfully we both have the option to choose :)

Here's a link straight from the horses mouth talking about partnerships with Hollywood, but keep in mind this article is itself propaganda to make it seem that the state does not exert narrative control but only "accuracy" and "protecting sensitive information".

In the case of U.S. media much of it (especially the more pro-imperial projects) works directly with the state to align narratives, although it's not necessarily paid by the state.

One anarchist says to another: "Hey remember that one time when we burned down the system and prevented the creation of an organized humanist hierarchical structure to help manage the transition to a stateless, classless, utopian society?"

The other anarchist says: "Yeah it was great! All of humanity suddenly let go of generations of their individualist conditioning and no one with bad intentions violently seized power to establish post-apocalyptic feudalism."

Then both anarchists woke up from their wet dreams and had to change their bedding.

Happy quarantine Anniversary :(

But at least it got me to move to Lemmygrad :)

The US doesn't seem to accurately anticipate blowback in their schemes, I don't see why Covid would be any different. Take the "current situation" for example, they thought sanctions would cripple Russia and oust Putin and they have done neither. As well the sanctions clearly backfired on the EU and US.
